Working with Children
Natalie has always loved working with children, and has studied early childhood studies at Queensland Tafe and Education at Griffith University. She is a complete natural when it comes to working with children, and as she is just as passionate about fitness, Nat is sure to give your children a great education about fitness, and can teach parents a thing or two about healthy activities and eating for kids. We have programs for Kids' parties and events, kindy and pre-school and after school and vacation care.
Natalie has always been very active, competing in triathlons, marathons and even the 200km Conquer Cancer Ride. Originally starting her Personal Training as a way to help adults get fit, she realised that children also needed guidance and motivation when it came to getting active, and so used here education and training to come up with a system perfect for children of all ages.
Fun for Kids
Getting fit and active is also a lot of fun for most kids. Our little friends have a lot of energy that needs to be burnt. Getting out into the fresh is a great way for them to burn that energy. Not to mention, they could potentially make heaps of new friends.
