Healthy Snack Idea for Kids (Choc Pops)
These bliss balls are made into pops for further enjoyment for the kids. The kids will love them!
These healthy snacks can be altered to suit your taste buds. Ingredients such as nuts, dates, sultanas, raisons, coconut, coconut oil, cacao can be used to produce a yummy snack for the kids. No added sugar required.
- 1 cup nuts of choice (almonds, cashews)
- 15 dates
- 1/4 cup sultanas
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup cocoa
- 20ml (1 tbsp) coconut oil (add extra if it needs to be more moist)
You can add anything you like. Just remember the dates & saltanas makes this treat sweet, so no added sugar required.
Get creative and test out different nuts and fruits ie apricots.
